At 3Dio, we stand by the quality of our binaural microphones and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the microphone and all included accessories in their original packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

  Ship to 3Dio

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
